SPA Annual General Meeting 2020

The AGM is being held electronically on Saturday, 23rd May at 11 am (EST). We are allowing 90 minutes for the meeting to be completed.
If you wish to participate in the meeting it is essential that you register at https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZMtc-mrpzktE9aofRSauoZlOF-jNbOnPtJv
This must be done by close of business on Wednesday, 20th May in order for the Returning Officer to check your membership status.
You will not be entitled to vote if you are not financial.
Some of you have previously lodged proxy forms in relation to the constitutional ballot questions and your vote has already been entered on a tally sheet. All others attending the meeting will vote electronically on the day.
Please check the ballot proposals in the attached agenda. If you would like to speak to any of them, either for or against, then you will need to let me know by 22nd May.
The day before the meeting those who have registered will be sent an invitation with the electronic link and a password to join. The invitation will include the President’s and Treasurer’s Reports and yes/no cases for the constitutional ballots (which were previously sent out to you in February) plus some technical instructions to help your participation in the meeting.
