This submission was in response to the draft report of the Productivity Commission’s Public Infrastructure report in 2014.  The submission,  authored by  Dr Jane O’Sulivan, argued “that the main source of increased fiscal stress of infrastructure provision is due to the acceleration of Australia’s population growth rate since 2004.”
