Geoff Hutchison interviewed WA SPA member Peter Strachan and Federal Senator for WA Hon. Dean Smith on the population debate.

The interview was broadcast in August 2018.  At this time, Peter was standing for the Sustainable Australia Party (SAP) to whom he represented during this interview.   SPA and SAP share similar perspectives on population and overdevelopment, however there is no affiliation.

Dr.  Liz Allen was also interviewing during this segment to take the opposing view.  This interview is one of the rare occasions in which a SPA member shared airtime with Dr. Allen and provided an opportunity to take her to task with our side of the debate.
